My name is Geordy Hutchinson and I was fortunate enough to grow up in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and want to share my knowlege and let my connections work for you. 

A bit about me:

Growing up at the lake, my friends and I spend our summers racing around the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in our small outboard boats and sunfish exploring miles of vacant shorefront, diving from cliffs, doing scavenger hunts and snorkeling underwater shipwrecks.
 

By the time I graduated high school I had the burning desire to get out and explore and followed my political interests to Washington, DC to start college with the thought that I wanted a faster paced life.  It was not long before my love of the lake pulled me back to New Hampshire.  I finished my education at the University of New Hampshire and at the same time formally beginning my real estate career.  
 

Today I am fortunate to be able to make a living and live in such a beautiful place.  Along with selling real estate and managing over 90 lakefront vacation rentals, I operate a small restaurant called The Restaurant on Main Street in Wolfeboro.  (www.therestaurant03894.com).

I have been a NH licensed real estate agent since my 18th birthday in 1998 while still in high school and a NH licensed Real Estate Broker since 2000 .  I officially joined Yankee Pedlar Realtors in 2001 and since have brokered millions of dollars in lakefront sales and manage 90 vacation rental properties valued at over $250 million.
